For our partners - Canadian online gambling company - we are looking for Senior Azure Site Reliability Engineer from Serbia for remote work via B2B contractor contract.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in delivering infrastructure solutions on Azure cloud.
  • 5+ years of hands-on with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing PaaS, SaaS and IaaS cloud offerings.
  • 5+ years of hands-on with Linux and Windows Server Cloud and On-Prem
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience on Linux Administration and managing Linux Based OS, Applications
  • 3+ years working with Azure ARM templates and Azure Biceps
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying containerized runtime environments based on Azure Kubernetes Services
  • 1+ years of proven experience administering RabbitMQ clusters and Nginx
  • Provent experience with scripting languages like: PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Bash
  • Experience using Splunk, Grafana, Ops-Genie is an asset

Skills:

  • Any related Linux Certification RHCSA/ CompTIA Linux+/ LFCS/ SCA – required
  • AZ-104 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) - required
  • AZ-305 (Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions) - required
  • CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) - required
  • AZ-800 (Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure) - preferred

Role Overview:

Senior Azure Site Reliability Engineer will play a key part in designing, implementing, and optimizing company's Azure cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cloud technologies, Linux Administrator Skills ,hands-on experience with implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) approach with leveraging tools such as Azure ARM templates and Azure Bicep and Kubernetes to automate and deliver Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions based on industry best practices and current trends.

You will be responsible to provision and manage of cloud infrastructure on Azure public cloud to support organizational needs. is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based infrastructure and applications deployed on Microsoft Azure. This role involves automating operations, monitoring system health, optimizing performance, and roubleshooting complex issues to maintain a highly available and secure cloud environment. The SRE will work closely with development, security, and IT operations teams to enhance cloud solutions, implement best practices, and support scalable and resilient systems.
