ROLE PURPOSE

As a Senior Branding Manager
, you will be the creative force shaping how Sherpa appears, sounds, and feels across all touchpoints — from digital campaigns and social media storytelling to internal brand culture and field activation kits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Sherpa brand development and ensure visual consistency across all global touchpoints.
  • Translate our principles into storytelling, design briefs, and campaigns that inspire both clients and workers.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams and coaches to create communication tools, presentations, and visuals.
  • Supervise content creation (social media, website, publications, field kits, events).
  • Mentor designers and external partners in understanding the Sherpa brand language.
  • Explore new ideas for brand experiences — physical and digital — that connect with the Sherpa spirit.

PROFILE

  • 7+ years of experience in branding, design, or communication strategy.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, typography, and human-centered design.
  • Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
  • Creative mindset balanced with operational discipline.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in purpose-driven or people-oriented organizations is an advantage.

WORKING MODEL

  • Part-time, remote role (approx. 15–20 hours per week).
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Collaboration with distributed teams (Europe, Middle East, and Asia).
