About the Role

We are seeking a Client Communications & Branding Manager to elevate our brand and client-facing communication to the next level.

This is a hands-on and proactive role where you will write, edit, and shape visual and textual materials, working closely with designers, product managers, and sales.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical accuracy and knows how to use AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and quality. Every deliverable — from proposals and tenders to presentations and web content — should be professional, consistent, and flawless.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and maintain client-facing materials (proposals, tenders, presentations, contracts, PR, website, newsletters).

Write and edit in fluent business English with clarity and precision (technical writing standards).

Ensure visual and UI consistency across all client-facing content in collaboration with designers and the product team.

Leverage AI tools (text, design, automation) to increase productivity, improve quality, and standardize outputs.

Use Canva (and other design tools) to quickly produce and refine visual assets.

Define and enforce brand standards across both language and visuals.

Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align content and brand identity.

Continuously raise the bar in clarity, aesthetics, and professional communication.

Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken) — ability to produce business-level content at native quality.

Proven experience in branding, communications, and technical writing.

Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, design, or automation.

Strong attention to detail and an excellent aesthetic sense.

Proactive, hands-on problem solver, comfortable working across text, visuals, and processes.

Highly organized, hard-working, and motivated to raise brand standards continuously.
