We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales & Marketing Specialist
to join us in Belgrade.

Your responsibilities

  • Support in planning and executing marketing and sales activities across both brands (email campaigns, newsletters, digital channels, LinkedIn, B2B communication)
  • Maintain and update partner databases and CRM
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and online content
  • Coordinate with destination and product teams on promotional activities and new product launches
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential partners, agencies, and clients
  • Participate in preparation for international fairs, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and prepare reports on sales and communication performance

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Good understanding of the travel industry and/or marketing principles
  • University degree (Tourism, Marketing, Economics, Organizational Sciences, or similar)
  • Proficiency in
    English
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    ,
    Canva
    ,
    social media tools
    , and preferably
    AI content tools
  • Experience in tourism, travel, or marketing is an advantage, but not obligatory
    – we welcome motivated beginners with a strong interest in the industry
