In order to strengthen, support and expand our business further, we are looking for skilled and motivated new member for our inside sales and support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business relationships and supporting existing customers in our English-speaking markets
  • Minimizing churn, identifying up and cross sell opportunities for existing customers
  • Conducting pre-sales activities through telephone and e-mail contact in the market
  • Organizing and conducting online presentations to clients, with the possibility of occasional F2F meetings with
  • customers and prospects
  • Demonstrating our products to existing customers and new prospects
  • Preparing offers, invoices and managing payments from existing and new customers
  • Planning and managing marketing activities for the market including taking part in regular marketing campaigns
  • Timely updates to management through pipeline and forecast reports

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or support position
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language - at a native level
  • A natural communicator who enjoys forming relationships with diverse profiles
  • Previous experience with high volume outbound calling
  • Comfortable in creative lead generation activities using tools such as LinkedIn
  • Experience with ARR methodology and working with a CRM would be an advantage
  • Computer skills. Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Serbian language is not mandatory but can be useful.
