Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with reputable multinational FMCG company, operating successfully across various categories, to find a passionate and talented Brand Portfolio Manager.

The role:

You will lead and grow a portfolio of brands within the company. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical marketer with hands-on experience in brand management, strong consumer understanding, and a strategic mindset. This role combines strategic planning, creative development, and operational execution, working closely with Sales, Trade, Finance and external partners. You'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

Brand & Portfolio Development


•
Lead strategy and positioning for multiple brands within the portfolio.


• Develop annual brand plans and ensure effective implementation.


• Manage portfolio P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and tracking.


• Identify growth opportunities across the portfolio and propose actionable plans.

Marketing Execution


• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR).


•Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver high-quality brand communications.


• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.


• Oversee packaging development and product communication.

Insights & Analytics


•
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior.


• Analyze brand performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.


• Conduct post-campaign evaluations and translate insights into improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Work closely with Sales and Trade to support trade activations and channel strategies.


• Align with Finance on budget tracking and profitability.

The successful candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in brand management or marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive decisions
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
