We're looking for developers with various combinations of experience — from strong Java backend profiles to full-stack developers, or those combining Java and Angular with different supporting tools and technologies.

About the Role

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance systems and infrastructure, we are
migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
.

To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced
SAP ABAP Developer
to join our team and contribute to this strategic migration project.

Key Responsibilities

ABAP Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and optimize custom ABAP applications and enhancements.
  • Adapt existing ABAP programs for compatibility with
    S/4HANA
    .
  • Create and maintain custom
    reports, forms, and workflows
    tailored to business requirements.

SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration

  • Support migration of SAP ECC solutions to
    SAP S/4HANA
    .
  • Re-implement and adapt existing business logic to the S/4HANA environment.
  • Implement and support
    data migration strategies
    ensuring smooth transition and system integrity.

Integration & Performance Optimization

  • Develop and test integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability in S/4HANA.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of SAP ABAP experience
    , including at least
    1–2 years
    on
    S/4HANA migration projects
  • Strong understanding of
    SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration processes
  • Experience with
    ABAP Objects, ALV Reporting, Smartforms, BADI, and User Exits
  • Familiarity with
    SAP Fiori/UI5
    is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with
    data migration and integration tools
    (SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS)
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
    (Italian is a plus but
    not required
    )
