About the Role

We are expanding our SAP team and looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant who will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR processes through SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

You will lead project initiatives on local as well as regional markets, collaborate closely with technical teams, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle SAP HCM or SuccessFactors implementation projects (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)
  • Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and ensure their alignment with client requirements
  • Conduct workshops, document functional specifications, and lead configuration activities
  • Manage client communication and project expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with SAP best practices
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and innovation
  • Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
  • Support pre-sales and proposal preparation when needed

Candidate Profile

  • University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Organizational Sciences, or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TM) and/or SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
  • Proven experience in leading functional workstreams or end-to-end projects
  • SAP certification is an advantage
  • Experience with similar software products from other vendors (Oracle, Microsoft, local vendors, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience in international audit or consulting companies is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
