Your role, your impact
As a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance and/or Supply Chain domains, driving design, configuration, testing and deployment activities. You'll play a key role in guiding clients and internal teams through complex implementations, as well as lead functional workstreams and contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll Work With Oracle Cloud Modules Such As

• Finance: GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, FA;
• Supply Chain: PRC, INV, MFG, MTN, OM, SCP.

This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in client-facing environments.

Your day-to-day

• Facilitate business process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions across business functions;
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards;
• Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP modules to meet business objectives and Oracle standards;
• Design and deliver robust reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI;
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and support training/change management;
• Deliver reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI;
• Act as escalation point for functional issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance;
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to solution architecture, strategy, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud practice;
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk management;
• Participate in pre-sales efforts including demos, RFPs, and client presentations.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, or EBS);
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a senior/lead role;
• Strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes, with the ability to architect and optimize complex business solutions;
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships across all levels, including executives;
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, FDI);
• Demonstrated ability to track project deliverables, manage scope, and drive accountability within a consulting team;
• Skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and user training;
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to simplify technical concepts;
• Comfortable in dynamic environments managing multiple priorities.

• Master's degree, certifications (Oracle, PMP, Agile, or Scrum);
• Experience in consulting/professional services leadership roles;
• Familiarity with project governance and change management;
• Exposure to sales processes and business development.
