Role Summary:
Commercial Partnership Manager role focuses on developing and managing strategic partnerships with key vendors to support Maxbet Group's commercial objectives.
It involves leading negotiations, optimizing costs, analyzing vendor performance and market trends, and ensuring alignment with internal teams across business areas.
The primary focus of this role will be on Serbia and the regional markets, while also contributing to initiatives across Flutter Entertainment's CEE markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key providers to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
- Develop collaboration strategies with key vendors to ensure growth and more cost-effective operation.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring best terms and conditions on market.
- Manage fast Vendor onboarding process (legal, compliance, pre-integration etc.).
- Analyze vendor performance and provide regular reviews.
- Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
- Create performance QBR and quarterly target planning with key vendors.
- Analyze market competition to identify opportunities for effective partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Gaming, Sport, CLM, Marketing) to ensure commercial alignment with business operations.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, economics, law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, e-commerce, or online business environment, with a strong focus on B2B partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry or online entertainment is an advantage
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and commercial thinking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
