This is you

  • Experience in HR business partnering or a similar HR advisory role
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, and development planning
  • Ability to work independently and in a matrix/global environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local labor law (relevant to operating location)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

This is your role

  • Ensuring a smooth and positive employee journey through structured onboarding, transitions, and exit processes
  • Supporting skills growth and partnering with leaders to drive development, progression, and succession planning
  • Enabling continuous improvement by guiding managers through performance cycles, feedback, and development actions
  • Building a strong employee experience through engagement programs, culture initiatives, and well-being activities
  • Ensuring clear and effective HR communication, policy updates, and coordination of internal events
  • Supporting employee relations, advising on policies and compliance, and partnering with leaders on risk mitigation
