We are now looking for a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to support
brands
within the Group, driving people strategies, organizational development, and employee engagement in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to Brand Managers and senior leadership, guiding all HR functions.
  • Translate business goals into effective people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and talent development.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes in coordination with Group HR.
  • Support organisational design, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies, procedures, and culture with core values and brand identity.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on employee relations, motivation, and retention.
  • Partner with Group HR on compensation reviews, talent mapping, and internal mobility.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in an international or multi-brand environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
