At our Belgrade Adriatic office, we're looking for a new team member to join us as a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the SEE Region.
Position Summary:
Join Ingram Micro, a global tech leader powering the world's IT ecosystem. We're seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner for Sout East Region to support cross-regional teams with a focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline HR operations and ensure process consistency across regions
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure compliance and alignment
  • Analyze HR data to uncover trends and guide workforce decisions
  • Support company projects implementation, compensation reviews, benefits programs, and policy implementation
  • Deliver accurate reporting and insights to Senior HRBP
  • Maintain and validate HR system data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Lead operational execution of annual HR cycles and ad hoc projects
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT to align HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years HRBP or BA/HR Ops experience in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills and HRIS/reporting expertise
  • Background in Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Experience supporting multi-country BA/HR operations
