Opis posla
Kreira i modifikuje životne cikluse za konverziju, retenciju i reaktivaciju igrača u CRM alatu Poslodavca
Prati efikasnost životnih cilusa igrača u CRM alatu Poslodavca i izveštava o istim
U saradnji sa drugim odeljenjima i njihovim planovima, realizuje kampanje ka određenim segmentnim grupama
Identifikuje segmente kojima je potrebno plasirati targetirane kampanje
Realizuje targetirane kampanje po identifikovanim segmentnim grupama
Šalje komunikaciju ka igračima (e-mail, SMS, Viber, push i drugo)
Analizira efikasnost kanala komunikacije i izveštava o istom
Redovno praćenje novih tehnologija u domenu CRM-a
Izveštavanje ka rukovodiocu CRM odeljenja i menadžeru CRM Ops tima
Kvalifikacije i veštine
Obrazovanje - IV stepen stručne spreme, bez obzira na smer/zvanje
Radno iskustvo - 3 godine na istim/sličnim pozicijama
Organizatorske sposobnosti, veština pregovaranja , informatička pismenost
Poželjno poznavanje CRM alata (Solitics, MS Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions, SalesForce)
Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
