We are growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced
Website Content Manager
to join our Marketing team and take full ownership of our content strategy, execution, and multilingual content operations.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Website Content Manager (6+ years) who will lead the creation, optimization, and management of all website content across and related platforms.

This role will also be responsible for managing a team of translators, ensuring multilingual content consistency, SEO performance, and overall content quality.

You will work closely with our marketing, product, and SEO teams to drive organic growth, enhance user experience, and maintain a conversion-focused content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management

  • Own the end-to-end website content lifecycle: planning, writing, editing, publishing, and optimizing.
  • Manage & lead a global team of translators and content contributors.
  • Ensure multilingual content quality, consistency, and SEO alignment across all languages.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing specialists, and product managers to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies to increase rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and SERP optimization.
  • Perform regular content audits and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Work with the SEO and performance teams to ensure fast-loading, well-structured, and search-optimized web pages.

Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Maintain UltaHost's tone of voice, brand guidelines, and content standards.
  • Review and approve all published content across the website.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all marketing and product content.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Website Content Management, SEO Content Strategy, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and content performance analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple translators or content teams.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with hosting, cloud services, or technical SaaS products (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CMS systems (WordPress, custom CMS, or others).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the web hosting or cloud infrastructure industry.
  • Understanding of conversion copywriting and UX writing.
  • Ability to coordinate with design, development, and SEO teams.
  • Data-driven decision making using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
