Procurement Buyer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Procurement Buyer
to support procurement activities across our cluster. This role plays a key part in executing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute the procurement business plan and support strategic sourcing for Marketing and Sales categories.
• Analyze urgent purchases and drive actions to reduce unplanned spending.
• Manage supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and master data (PIRs, catalogs).
• Build strong supplier relationships and support savings initiatives alongside the Procurement team.
• Ensure accurate invoices, monitor requisition processes, and support the rollout of new systems and processes.
• Communicate new contracts locally and ensure alignment with CSR standards.
• Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in a technical field (VII/1 or VI/1).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP).
• Knowledge of trade, tax, and customs regulations.
