We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support our international educational programs.

This full-time, fully remote position includes occasional travel and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and events. The role involves assisting senior team members with day-to-day project management tasks, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and smooth operational support aligned with the organization's mission.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

* A Bachelor's degree in the social sciences;

* Prior project management experience;

* Fluency in English;

* Residence in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, or Croatia, with fluency in the local language.

Strong candidates will also bring:

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills;

* Clear and professional written and verbal communication;

* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

* A proactive, reliable, and collaborative working style.
