U ovom trenutku, želimo da naš tim ojačamo angažovanjem pravnog stručnjaka koji će imati ključnu ulogu u usklađivanju poslovanja sa domaćom i međunarodnom regulativom. Poseban akcenat biće na saradnji sa partnerskom firmom sa Malte, uz pružanje pravne podrške u vezi sa razvojem i distribucijom softvera za igre.

Pozicija:

Legal & Compliance Specialist – Gaming

Ključne odgovornosti:


•Usklađivanje poslovanja sa zakonodavstvom Republike Srbije, kao i poređenje i primena relevantnih pravnih okvira Evropske unije u oblasti igara na sreću.


•Saradnja sa partnerskom firmom na Malti u domenu compliance-a i implementacije zajedničkih procedura.


•Koordinacija izrade, sastavljanja i revizije različitih ugovora sa trećim stranama, uključujući:

  1. ugovore o licenciranju i razvoju softvera, igara i aplikacija,
  2. ugovore o pružanju usluga podrške i održavanja,
  3. opšte uslove za aplikacije i veb sajtove,
  4. ugovore o distribuciji video igara,
  5. ugovore o prodaji softvera za domaće i strano tržište.


•Analiza i prilagođavanje ugovora o licenciranju krajnjeg korisnika, uslova korišćenja veb sajtova i politika privatnosti.


•Učešće u izradi internih smernica za unutrašnju kontrolu i saradnja sa regulatornim telima.


•Koordinacija internih istraga i kontakt sa regulatornim organima u slučaju pravnih incidenata ili povreda usklađenosti.

Potrebne kvalifikacije:


•Diplomirani pravnik (prednost: dodatne kvalifikacije iz oblasti međunarodnog prava ili regulative igara na sreću).


•Iskustvo u radu na poslovima pravnog savetovanja i/ili compliance-a, poželjno u Gaming industriji.


•Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika u pisanju i govoru.


•Izražene komunikacione i pregovaračke veštine.
