We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Supply Chain Specialist
to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, demand planning activities, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining excellent communication across departments to support seamless delivery execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review sales orders, ensuring data accuracy (price, availability, quantity) and compliance with company policies before releasing orders.
  • Validate order information received via trade platforms, B2B systems, or from sales/trade partners, ensuring consistency and correctness before release.
  • Identify and process orders that are blocked due to commercial terms, customer details, or delivery constraints.
  • Oversee order management from creation in the SAP system to the generation of delivery numbers.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and work closely with demand planners to support the forecasting process and confirm product availability based on SAP IBP planning outputs.
  • Maintain effective communication with the sales team and trade partners to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Liaise with the credit department to expedite resolution of blocked orders.
  • Actively contribute to customer satisfaction by using basic problem-solving methods and proposing process improvements within your area.
  • Take ownership of personal development by engaging in training and educational opportunities and proactively managing your career path.
  • Support the implementation of HR-related processes as part of your professional growth.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SAP systems is required; experience with SAP IBP for demand planning is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes and performance.
