Logistics Specialist
you will:

Your tasks

  • Ensure timely processing of worldwide export shipments
  • Execute worldwide export shipments by truck or courier, considering customer requirements
  • Coordinate pickups from logistics service providers (LSP)
  • Proactively monitor shipment priorities and down or upgrade, if required
  • Work closely together with dispatch packing and goods receiving
  • Liaise with Account management in finding best possible shipment solutions according to Customer requirements
  • Monitor and manage Q-Notifications and Non-Conformances
  • Monitor and create aged items report
  • Monitor statistics and create KPI Reports (on weekly/monthly level)
  • Keep the internal deadlines according to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and consolidate deliveries in the best possible way to achieve best economical solution (price)

Your Profile

  • University degree preferably in Logistics or Supply Management
  • MS Office tools proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Full professional proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience Freight Forwarding, Logistics and general Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in aviation and ability to understand MRO documents would be considered as plus
  • Experience in SAP (MM module) would be considered as plus
  • A self-disciplined, consequent personality is required
  • Communicative team player with positive attitude, solution and customer-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to details
  • Experience in an international work environment across cultures/locations
  • Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary
  • Basic knowledge and readiness for LEAN and 5S activities
