What is this role all about?

As a Senior Product Owner, you will serve as the vital link between stakeholders and development teams, driving a clear product vision and strategic roadmap. You will align priorities and objectives, ensuring the team focuses on delivering the most valuable features with maximum impact.

Your role goes beyond backlog management — you will influence product strategy, ensure transparent communication across all parties, and uphold high-quality standards through well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria. By doing so, you will transform business needs into impactful digital solutions that support our mission of innovation and sustainability.

In this role, you will be:

  • Defining the product vision and strategy, aligned with business goals.
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap with clear milestones.
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Gathering and analyzing feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
  • Writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Supporting development teams by interpreting business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Coordinating release planning and managing dependencies.
  • Communicating progress, release plans, and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous alignment.
  • Reviewing completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • Driving continuous improvements in product delivery.
  • Leading initiatives within the renewables/green energy domain.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in software development.
  • Experience working with Agile teams in distributed setups.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to provide mockups and prototypes to support dev teams.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade software products is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
