We're pushing the boundaries of how food is grown and harvested, and we need your help to build our IoT, Big Data, and A.I. powered digital recipe system, which will be integrated into our web and mobile apps and SCADA system. Responsibilities:

• Technical planning and task allocation within the frontend team;
• Leading and mentoring junior developers/interns;
• Active participation in the definition of the frontend application architecture;
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews and technical guidelines;
• Coordination with other teams (backend, design, QA, DevOps, PM);
• Managing technical risks and identifying issues;
• Participating in technical interviews and hiring new team members;
• Monitoring the performance of team members and supporting their professional development;
• Maintaining technical documentation and internal development processes;
• Monitoring trends and proposing new technologies, tools and approaches in frontend development;
• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings and monitoring the individual progress of team members;
• Improving, predicting frontend development processes and implementing best practices;
• Proactive work on improving UX/UI and application performance

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with React and single page applications;
• 2 years of proven experience in leading a team;
• Advanced knowledge of Typescript and JavaScript;
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous state management (e.g., TanStack Query), REST API integration, and modular development using modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Turbo) to deliver optimized, scalable solutions;
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design principles, ensuring inclusive, user-friendly interfaces across devices;
• Proficient in Git and platforms like GitHub, with a focus on modular development, code quality, and effective team collaboration;
• Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized development teams (3-8 members), resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback to drive project success;
• Foundational understanding of SEO principles.

It would be great if you have:

Degree in Informatics, Computing, Electrical Engineering or related technical sciences.

What does the selection process look like?

• HR interview - up to 60 minutes (online);
• Technical interview with architect and FE/BE colleagues- up to 90 minutes (onsite);
• Pair programming with software architect- up to 90 minutes (onsite);
• Final interview - offer (online/onsite).
