HR Fabrika is an HRconsulting company that covers a wide range of HR services includingrecruitment and selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client ARISTON Group, a leading company in the production anddevelopment of highly efficient and renewable heating solutions, we are lookingfor motivated and skilled candidates for the position: MaintenanceSpecialist PLCLocation: NiÅ, Serbia About the Role:As a Maintenance Specialist PLC,you will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining automatedsystems using programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You will work closely withengineering and production teams to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityof industrial machinery. Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance to prevent downtime and improve machinery efficiencyDevelop and install PLC programs tailored to automation needsIntegrate PLC systems with other automation platformsTroubleshoot and resolve issues within PLC systemsCreate and maintain technical documentation (schematics, diagrams, flowcharts)Train personnel on PLC system operation and troubleshootingEnsure compliance with industry standards andsafety regulationsRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred)Proven experience in industrial automation and PLC programmingProficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram)Experience with Siemens and/or Allen -Bradley PLCsStrong problem -solving and teamwork skillsAbility to interpret electrical schematics and control diagramsFluency in English is required
