About The Role
Our team is looking for Senior Front End Engineers to join our core product team in Belgrade as individual contributors and help build & scale Rho's commercial banking technology. You will work on critical identity and access management features, collaborating closely with backend engineers, product managers, and security stakeholders to ensure best-in-class experiences and robust security controls across our platform. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about secure application design, scalable front-end systems, and delivering high-quality user experiences in high-stakes areas such as login flows, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and compliance-driven onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
  • Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and maintain complex, production-level web applications
  • Experience working in technically demanding domains such as finance, analytics, or gaming
  • A passion for delivering high-quality user experiences and a dedication to building outstanding products

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
  • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts or experience in environments where frontend closely interacts with complex backend services
  • Previous experience in mentoring or leading frontend engineers, contributing to team best practices, and driving technical excellence will be considered as a strong plus
