We're hiring a Paid Marketing Specialist to take the lead on paid media for one of our clients - A luxury Korean skincare brand.

If you've run profitable campaigns for beauty, skincare, or luxury eCommerce brands and you know your way around Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, this might be for you.

What You'll Do


• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok


• Drive measurable improvements in ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate


• Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure ad strategy fits the client's brand voice and positioning


• Report clearly and confidently — with insights, not just numbers


• Test, iterate, and scale what works

What You Bring


• 2–4 years managing paid campaigns for eCommerce or beauty/skincare brands (agency experience a plus)


• Proven record of scaling campaigns profitably across Meta, Google, and TikTok


• Strong grasp of Shopify, GA4, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)


• Analytical mindset — you know your metrics cold and make decisions from data


• Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution

• Experience with luxury or premium brand positioning


• Familiarity with Klaviyo or other retention tools


• Basic understanding of creative strategy and what converts in beauty ads
