Als
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
bist du bei uns angestellt, arbeitest jedoch eng mit einem unserer Kunden zusammen und unterstützt diesen bei der optimalen Nutzung seiner IT-Service-Management-Lösungen. Dabei spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Kundenbetreuung nach dem Kauf und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und unseren technischen Teams.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Service-, Change-, Trainings- und Beratungsanfragen des Kunden.
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung (Onboarding) neuer Kundenprozesse und Integration der Produkte.
- Verständnis der technischen Anforderungen, Herausforderungen und Geschäftsziele des Kunden.
- Proaktive Beratung und Lösungsfindung, um die Serviceerfahrung kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback an interne Fachbereiche und Entwickler.
- Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen zu Kundeninteraktionen, Problemen und Lösungen.
- Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden, um langfristige IT-Roadmaps zu entwickeln.
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Technical Support, Account Management oder einer ähnlichen Rolle.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich
IT Service & Operations Management Tools & Technologien
. - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. - Starke Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gleichzeitig teamorientiert.
Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse:
- ITIL-Zertifizierung.
- Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld.
- Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Distributionen.
- Grundwissen in Prozessmodellierung (UML, BPMN, YAWL).
- Erfahrung mit Webtechnologien (HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON/REST, AJAX).
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Webservice-Entwicklung.
