Data Engineer –
to join our DATA Analytics team.

Key responsibilities:

• Play a key role in dynamic project teams, delivering expert guidance and industry best practices for both cloud-based and on-premises Data Lake, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Business Intelligence (BI) implementations.
• Design comprehensive ETL/ELT frameworks and source-to-target mappings that maximize performance on modern cloud platforms while ensuring smooth interoperability with on-premise systems. Develop and maintain scalable pipelines, integration workflows, and automated data loading processes utilizing both modern cloud services and traditional on-premise tools.
• Work closely with the DATA Analytics and Business Development teams to drive business growth by supporting technical presales activities. Collaborate on the creation of compelling technical documentation and solution proposals (RFIs, RFPs), ensuring all customer needs are addressed—whether in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments.
• Stay at the forefront of data engineering trends by continuously exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Share your expertise and insights to elevate team performance and deliver transformative business impact.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of working data analytics experience – Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Big Data or other similar projects (part of internal team or in company providing IT services for those clients).
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, Scala or other data engineering languages.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud architecture, preferably Azure. Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS, OCI or Google Cloud is advantage.
• Experience with big data frameworks and tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions in the cloud is plus.
• Data engineering certification like: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional, Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
