They specialised in developing advanced platforms such as Customer 360 and Workforce Hub, enabling efficient customer analysis, segmentation and personalization, as well as building production-ready AI agents. 

As a DevOps Engineer in our DevOps Engineering Team you will:
  • Work closely with development teams to design and implement infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Automate software delivery and deployment processes.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Cloud relevant tools.
  • Maintain clusters/applications on cloud.
  • Monitor and improve cloud infrastructure and expenses.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments and resolve issues quickly.
  • Continuously improve our DevOps practices and processes.
About You:
  • You have a proven experience as a DevOps Engineer (Your experience as a System Engineer/Admin, Network Engineer/Admin, IT Engineer/Admin is also valuable, and we encourage you to apply.)
  • You have a hands-on experience with version control tools.
  • You have a knowledge of Bash scripting
  • You have an experience with Web servers (Apache, NGINX).
  • You have basic knowledge of Networking, Kubernetes and understanding of software development principals. 
  • You have an understanding of UNIX-like systems.
  • You are familiar with Continuous Integration Pipelines (eg. Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions, ArgoCD).
  • You have good communication skills in English.
  • You have strong work ethic, willingness to learn and contribute within team.
  • You have an ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
  • You have an excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with  AWS, Azure, GCP or some other public cloud, Elastic, Kafka, any deeper knowledge of Relational databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD environments
  • Expertise in some of the industries such as Telecommunications, Banking / Finance / Insurance.
