What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting customers, couriers, or venue partners via live chat and phone.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery operations, making sure that each order reaches its destination on time.

Who You Are:

  • You have advanced communication skills in both German and English.
  • You're a fast learner, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • You can commit to various shift hours, as our service is open 7 days a week.
