Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Belgrade for a Truckload Dispatcher. The Truckload Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling truck deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services, monitoring driver routes and statuses, and maintaining clear communication with drivers and customers. Additional duties include resolving any issues that arise during transportation, adhering to safety regulations, and using the latest tracking technology to keep clients informed about their shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transportation management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and tracking technologies
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Previous experience in dispatching is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is beneficial
