Account Manager

Zadaci na ovoj poziciji su :

  • Izgradnja partnerskih odnosa sa klijentima i medijima
  • Postavljanje i nadgledanje implementacije medijske strategije, kao i analiza ostvarenih rezultata kampanja
  • Uspešno upravljanje i nadzor nad budžetom klijenta
  • Efikasno upravljanje i edukacijaaccount supervisora
  • Saradnja sa partnerskim agencijama u cilju definisanja predloga novih i/ili dodatnih usluga za postojeće klijente
  • Servisiranje klijenata u skladu sa njihovim zahtevima i potrebama
  • Izgradnja reputacije agencije kao eksperta u oblasti medijskog planiranja i zakupa medija
  • Priprema i prezentacija godišnjih, mesečnih, nedeljnih i ad hoc izveštaja prema potrebama klijenata
  • Priprema i dostavljanje finansijskih dokumenata
  • Evaluacija medijskih ponuda
  • Predlaganje standardnih i nestandardnih, inovativnih načina oglašavanja u skladu sa ciljevima kampanja
  • Saradnja sa kreativnim, PR i BTL agencijama

Šta očekujemo od kandidata:

  • Minimum 3 godine radnog iskustva na sličnim pozicijama u advertising industriji
  • Poznavanje MS Office paketa (Excel, PowerPoint i Word), kao i platformi Arianna, Pradex, Expert, CAT, Euromonitor
  • Kreativno i strateško razmišljanje
  • Poznavanje medijskog tržišta i oglašivačkih mogućnosti u skladu sa potrebama klijenata
  • Razumevanje međunarodnih trendova u oglašavanju i njihova implementacija na lokalnom tržištu
  • Razumevanje i poznavanje poslovanja, marketinga i potreba klijenata
  • Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika
