The Opportunity:
We're not looking for another N8N developer. We're looking for the architect who will build our entire automation infrastructure and eventually lead our technical team.

Your First Mission:
Design and build our AI Creative Strategist - an intelligent system that analyzes thousands of ad campaigns to answer the million-dollar question: "What creative angles actually convert and why?"

What You'll Own:

  • Architecture and development of company-wide automation systems using N8N
  • Building AI-powered tools that turn data into profit (AI Creative Director, AI Finance Systems)
  • Creating real-time ROAS dashboards and customer journey automation
  • Leading and scaling a technical team (2+ developers) as we grow
  • Transforming manual processes that eat 20+ hours/week into automated workflows

We Need Someone Who:

  • Has deep e-commerce experience (you know what ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnels mean in practice)
  • Masters N8N like it's second nature - API integrations are breathing to you
  • Thinks like an architect but builds like an engineer ("Scout-Sapper" DNA)
  • Has built automation tools that directly contributed to revenue growth
  • Asks "What's the business impact?" before "Which API should I use?"

Technical Stack:
N8N, Supabase, Shopify, Facebook Ads API, Google Sheets, Slack integrations

The Deal:

  • $2,500 - $4,500 USD monthly (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses tied directly to business impact
  • Report directly to COO, partner with Creative Director
  • Build something that could become a standalone SaaS product

Performance Test:
Top candidates will complete a paid 48-hour sprint: Build a working N8N workflow that connects Facebook Ads + Shopify data and creates a Creative Performance Dashboard showing winner vs. loser ads.
