About The Role:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team.
Everyday is a new challenge at Paysend and we approach every task with ambition, innovation and creativity.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Analysis and administration of the transaction flow and individual transactions using Oracle SQL, Postman and Open Search
  • Maintenance of the business critical payment services
  • Interaction with the partners about transactions flows
  • Prompt incident response
  • Creating and managing incident reports
  • Guidance and coordination of employees responsible for resolving incidents
  • Provisioning monitoring and detection of problems and faults in payments services
  • Making decisions regarding payments

What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence)
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Focus on problem solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic skills of any programming language is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of the SQL is essential
  • Experience with Grafana
  • Experience with OpenSearch is a plus
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology relevant to the fintech industry
  • Ability to solve general issue
  • Advanced English language skills
