Position Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, delivering actionable insights, and supporting cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will also manage and mentor two junior analysts, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high-quality analytical output across the team.

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data exploration to insight delivery.
• Analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, and product usage trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
• Write complex SQL queries and use Python/R for advanced data analysis and modeling.
• Manage and mentor two junior analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and development plans.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Present findings to leadership with clear storytelling and visualizations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.________________________________________Preferred Experience
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning techniques.
• Agile or Scrum experience in a cross-functional team environment.
