Fingular is a fast-growing fintech company offering digital loan products through cutting-edge online platforms. We're driven by performance, powered by data, and obsessed with optimization. To support our further growth, we are looking for a System Analyst to join our data analytics department.

Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with payment providers regarding integrations
  • Gathering, analyzing, coordinating, and formalizing requirements from the Product Manager
  • Formulating and decomposing tasks for the development team
  • Creating and updating technical documentation (SRS, API specifications, integration descriptions)
  • Documenting the payment service architecture and the logic of interactions between AS IS modules
  • Supporting development and QA teams at all stages: from task formulation to feature release in production
  • Participation in technical backlog planning
  • Release support: incident analysis, system behavior diagnostics based on logs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst (SA)
  • Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of process visualization and documentation notations (UML, BPMN)
  • Experience with microservices architecture: understanding decomposition principles and service interactions
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira
  • Ability to read logs and program code
  • Understanding of development methodologies: SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience in creating test cases and collaborating with the QA team
  • English proficiency of at least B2 level
