The Growth Data Analyst will be central to building an integrated, data-driven foundation that supports both Marketing and Sales teams in achieving measurable growth. The analyst will ensure data integrity across systems, deliver actionable insights, and help translate analytical findings into strategic direction. P
osition is a full-time hybrid role, with the primary location in Airport City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration and validation of multiple data sources, ensuring consistency, reliability, and accuracy across platforms.
  • Maintain and develop Tableau dashboards that provide relevant, real-time insights for Marketing, Sales, and Management teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to support campaign optimization, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations teams to define and track KPIs that extend beyond traditional lead and contract metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting workflows, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Provide clear, data-based recommendations that inform both strategic planning and day- to-day operational decisions.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for all analytics-related matters, liaising with external partners such as data agencies when necessary.

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with both Marketing and Sales Operations teams.
  • Strong proficiency in technical integrations, data visualization, and hands-on data analysis.
  • Comfortable working in international, cross-functional environments that balance commercial and technical objectives.
  • Industry experience is advantageous but not required.
