Международная компания, разрабатывающая надёжные и актуальные IT-решения для B2C и B2B сегментов в сфере Igaming, находится в поисках Data Analyst, который будет проводить исследования, помогать развивать продукт и находить оптимальные решения для улучшения ключевых метрик.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Анализировать поведение пользователей: строить воронки, рассчитывать пользовательские метрики, исследовать пользовательский путь, выявлять узкие места и генерировать гипотезы для улучшения метрик продукта.
  • Дизайнить и проводить A/B-тесты для проверки гипотез и оценки влияния изменений.
  • Искать точки роста продукта и находить инсайты в данных, способствующие росту ключевых показателей.
  • Автоматизировать отчетность, готовить ad-hoc аналитику для стейкхолдеров.
  • Придумывать нестандартные методы и подходы для оценки влияния новых фичей на ключевые метрики продукта.

С кем предстоит взаимодействовать:

  • Team Lead и Head аналитики, которые помогут выстроить приоритеты и направления работы.
  • Внутренние дата-инженеры для реализации сложных аналитических задач.
  • Продуктовые менеджеры и маркетологи, которые являются основными стейкхолдерами аналитических исследований.

Требуемая квалификация:

  • Владение SQL и умение писать сложные запросы.
  • Опыт работы с Python для анализа данных.
  • Знание статистических методов: проверка гипотез, построение прогнозов.
  • Опыт проведения и анализа как классических, так и синтетических АБ-тестов,
  • Навыки решения задач в условиях ограниченных данных и анализа сложных кейсов.
  • Развитые коммуникативные навыки: умение презентовать результаты и объяснять сложные концепции.
  • Аналитический склад ума, умение работать в команде и проактивность.

Будет преимуществом:

  • Знания в области машинного обучения и прогнозирования временных рядов
  • Опыт внедрения подхода "data-as-a-service": создание метрик, моделей и аналитических инструментов для data-driven решений.
  • Знание Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery, Airflow или Clickhouse.
