Join our dynamic team as a CRM Analyst, where you'll leverage your analytical skills to perform complex data analyses, segment our customer base, and create insightful reports for stakeholders. You will support CRM campaigns, build dashboards, and use cutting-edge technologies.

What will you do?


•Perform complex analyzes based on digital and traditional data


•Segment customer base based on various criteria


•Create different CRM reports for relevant stakeholders and Management


•Create customer insights to increase sales and improve relationship with customers


•Support execution and monitoring of CRM Campaigns


•Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to track CRM and digital performance


•Ensure Data Quality accuracy and compliance with data protection regulation (e.g. GDPR)

What are we looking for?


•Preferably University degree


•Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense) and SQL


•Excellent knowledge of MS office tools


•Excellent organizational and communication skills


•Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
