We are looking for a business expert with a technical background, specialized in data analytics. In our team, you will work on innovative CRM strategies, test new approaches, and use cutting-edge marketing automation tools.

What will you do?


•Perform complex analyzes based on digital and traditional data


•Create customer insights to increase sales and improve relationship with customers


•Improve and maintain CRM Infrastructure (CRM jobs, data transformation)


•Supportexecution of CRM Campaigns (various analysis, coding – SAS/SQL)


•Maintain, improve, and identify new real-time use cases


•Createdifferent CRM reports for relevant stakeholders and Management


•Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to track CRM and digital performance


•Ensure Data Quality accuracy and compliance with data protection regulation (e.g. GDPR)

What are we looking for?


•3+ years preferably in financial sector


•University degree (bachelor's or higher)


•Experience with at least one of programming tools (SAS, SQL, Python)


•Excellent knowledge of MS office tools


•Excellent organizational and communication skills


•Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
