For our new partner, we are looking for a
CRM Automation & Data Analyst
to support team in executing high-impact email/SMS campaigns
and
transforming customer data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, tech-savvy, and excited to deepen their expertise in marketing automation and CRM performance analysis.
You will build, test, and optimize campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo while also owning reporting, dashboards, and analysis that guide retention strategy. If you love both hands-on execution and data-driven problem solving, this role is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:
Campaign & Automation Execution
- Build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across multiple segments and audiences.
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
- Create A/B tests for campaigns, flows, and webhooks (with direction).
- Upload creative assets, coupons, and data files into Klaviyo.
- Set up and manage pop-ups in Klaviyo and JustUno (based on creative direction).
- Maintain and update segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Build, maintain, and automate reports on key CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, retention, unsubscribe rate).
- Create and maintain dashboards enabling at-a-glance performance visibility across campaigns, flows, and segments.
- Analyze email/SMS campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct customer insights work, including segmentation, lifecycle behaviors, cohort trends, or RFM-style analysis (with direction).
- Support A/B test design and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain data hygiene to ensure accurate customer lists and attributes.
- Use internal CRM data and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, etc.) for extraction, organization, and visualization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, email/SMS marketing, marketing operations, or data analysis.
- Klaviyo experience required.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, visualizations).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
Nice to have:
- Experience in eCommerce or beauty/wellness industries.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with segmentation strategies, cohort analysis, or RFM modeling.
