Poliklinika Primea integriše širok spektar specijalističkih zdravstvenih usluga iz ključnih medicinskih oblasti. Pozicija specijaliste interne medicine podrazumeva blisku saradnju sa ostalim stručnjacima na složenim kliničkim slučajevima, kako bi se zdravstveni problemi pacijenata sagledali iz svih uglova i obezbedila sveobuhvatna dijagnostika i terapija.

Osnovne odgovornosti

  • Dijagnostika i klinička procena:
     sprovođenje detaljnih anamneza, kliničkih pregleda i dijagnostičkih procedura poput ultrazvuka, spirometrije i EKG-a; tumačenje laboratorijskih i slikovnih nalaza.

  • Kontrola i lečenje akutnih i hroničnih stanja:
     vođenje dugoročnih lečenja hroničnih bolesti poput hipertenzije, dijabetesa i kardiovaskularnih poremećaja; vođenje akutne nege za infekcije, respiratorne i gastrointestinalne probleme; prilagođavanje terapijskih planova prema stanju pacijenta.

  • Stručni razvoj i vođenje tima:
     mentorstvo i nadgledanje mlađih lekara; vođenje precizne dokumentacije pacijenata; učestvuje u inicijativama za unapređenje kvaliteta usluga.

Vaše kvalifikacije

‍

  • Završene studije medicine sa specijalizacijom iz interne medicine
  • Minimum 3–5 godina kliničkog iskustva nakon specijalizacije
  • Tehničke veštine u radu sa dijagnostičkom opremom i metodama
  • Iskustvo u lečenju kompleksnih i multisistemskih stanja
  • Poznavanje rada sa elektronskim zdravstvenim sistemima i telemedicinom
  • Snažne komunikacione, analitičke i kliničke veštine
  • Posvećenost kontinuiranom usavršavanju i inovacijama u pružanju nege

Poželjno

‍
‍

  • Subspecijalizacija iz jedne ili više oblasti (npr. kardiologija, pulmologija, gastroenterologija, endokrinologija)
  • Iskustvo u izvođenju procedura kao što su gastroskopija, kolonoskopija, ehokardiografija pod opterećenjem ili napredni ultrazvuk
  • Razumevanje principa ishrane u hroničnim stanjima i edukacije pacijenata
