– German company that produces and sells epoxy resins, paints, and more – and become part of our marketplace team We are expanding our presence in Europe and the US, and now we're looking for a Marketplace Specialist to help us scale our visibility and sales on Amazon and beyond.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketplace Manager to ensure our product catalogues are optimized, visible, and competitive. While your main focus will be on Amazon (EU & US), you'll also get the opportunity to support our expansion into platforms like eBay and other strategic marketplaces. If you're passionate about marketplaces and love working with data, trends, and optimization, this is the role for you.

What you'll do:

Build, upload, and optimize product listings in bulk to maximize visibility and sales

Audit and improve existing product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Develop and enhance Amazon Stores to showcase our products

Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities

Conduct keyword research using Helium10 to strengthen our SEO strategy

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve catalogue performance

Keep things running smoothly by solving marketplace hiccups and technical mysteries caused by Amazon's faulty systems

What we're looking for

years of experience managing large catalogues (high-SKU volume) on Amazon

Excellent knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, tools, and algorithms

Passion for marketplaces and an analytical mindset for identifying trends and solutions

Strong English skills (written and spoken) and open communication style

Experience in dealing with Amazon Support and winning battles against them

Comfortable using tools like ClickUp and Toggl for project/time management

Nice to have but not required:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar

Experience with marketplaces beyond Amazon

Knowledge of Amazon PPC or marketplace marketing strategies (advertising, promotions etc)
