Job Responsibilities
The Employer Branding Specialist will play an important role in shaping the TA Employer Branding strategy for Syneos Health. The role is responsible for partnering with members of the TA team and the business to develop and implement marketing strategies to support candidate attraction efforts. This role owns and supports marketing strategies that meet the needs of candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team so that Syneos Health can most effectively and efficiently find, attract, and hire the best talent. Scope may be regional or global in nature.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, design and distribution of marketing communications including advertising, website and blog content and e-marketing strategies.
• Key deliverables include partnering closely with talent acquisition and the business to produce high quality messages that can resonate with candidates in the marketplace.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and graphic designers to develop, design and distribute various forms of digital marketing collateral.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and changes in details of digital marketing as part of overall marketing plan.
• Use Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms to build brand awareness.
• Use digital advertising to drive prospects to our website or call in for information with Google ads, Gmail ads, and other available digital platforms.
• Web-site development and maintenance including e-commerce and blog.
• Participate in global, cross functional projects/initiatives, representing the Talent Acquisition Employer Branding team
• Assist with ad-hoc special projects and/or cover for members of the Employer Branding team as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in progressively challenging Marketing roles
• Experience developing and implementing digital & social media campaigns
• Experience developing and delivering content to support email marketing campaigns, websites, and blogs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Ads campaigns
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with video editing tools
• Experience in Talent Acquisition Marketing / Employer Branding
• Familiarity with the Clinical or Life Sciences industry
