As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future by identifying and attracting the best and brightest minds in the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit within our collaborative and value-driven environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs for specific knowledge and skills and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market, utilizing various channels and technologies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize our processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion our company culture and values, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our employer brand.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the IT industry.
  • A solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
  • Driver's license category B, active driver.
