We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our mission to protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key support role within our global recruitment team, focusing on building good working relationships, candidate sourcing, screening and selection, and supporting the interview process. This position is ideal for someone eager to advance their career in recruitment, offering exposure to a wide range of positions on a global scale and the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment. Note: this is a flexible hybrid role with the expectation to come into our beautiful, state of the art office located in Sofia, Bulgaria to ensure a collaborative, team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Business Partnering: Building good relationships across the business to understand requirements and provide expertise where necessary.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screening & Selection: Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a daily basis and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the global recruitment team and other HR professionals to support recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience, and assist in implementing best practices.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years previous experience in an administrative or support role within recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Solution mindset: The ability to think around problems and minimise risk/challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Must be fluent in English.
  • Energy & Attitude: Collaborative, high energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for people and growing within the recruitment field.
  • Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, ask questions, problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
