Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile
BI Architect & Analyst
to drive both the design of our data architecture and the delivery of actionable insights to business stakeholders. This unique role combines the technical depth of a BI Architect with the analytical expertise of a BI Analyst—making you the end-to-end owner of how data is structured, accessed, visualized, and used across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that data is not just available—but strategically applied to solve real business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable BI infrastructure—including data models, data marts, ETL pipelines, and semantic layers.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on data integration across systems
  • Define and enforce data architecture best practices for performance, governance, and scalability.
  • Mentor BI developers and analysts on best practices, tool usage, and data architecture.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI layers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in BI architecture, data analytics, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to transform data into insights that drive decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling, data warehousing, and ETL design (experience working with Teradata is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SQL & experience in performance tuning.
  • Experience with cloud-based Lakehouse (Databricks) or Datawarehouse (Snowflake, Teradata Vantage…).
  • Familiarity with tools like DBT, Airflow, or other modern data stack components is a plus.
  • Experience in telecom a sector is a bonus.
  • Experience in reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau is a bonus.

  • You are passionate about IT and able to think out of the box.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with an agile way of working.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory (English is mandatory, French or Dutch is a plus).
