What you'll be doing

  • Coach and mentor Game Presenters
    to help them improve, grow, and shine on screen.
  • Lead daily team operations
    — scheduling, attendance, and supporting employees on the floor.
  • Build a strong team culture
    through clear communication, regular check-ins, and teamwork.
  • Spot training opportunities
    and work closely with the Training Department to upskill the team.
  • Drive performance and reach targets
    , keeping energy high and standards even higher.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and values
    across all shifts and activities.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year of experience as a supervisor/team leader
    (any dynamic environment).
  • Management-related education is a plus.
  • Experience in
    iGaming / Live Casino
    is an advantage — but not a must if you're a strong leader.
  • Professional Russian and English (C1)
    — confident communication is key.
  • Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and calm conflict-management style.
  • Comfortable in a
    fast-paced studio setting
    , working shifts (including nights).
  • Good PC skills and working knowledge of
    Office 365
    .
