Your tasks

  • Methodologically lead and maintain skills of Quality Engineers in Production Teams
  • Disciplinary responsible for Quality Technicians (15+ people)
  • Participation in System, Process and Products audits based on the need
  • Review of actions and countermeasures, ensuring proper lessons learned and read-across
  • Assessment of 8D / Problem Solving Process of Quality Engineers
  • Supporting the process handling of NOK products
  • Starting escalation process according to Brose standard procedure
  • Improvement of measures for Safe Launch process
  • Monitor and continuously reduce external and internal failure costs

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field
  • Extensive previous experience on similar position in automotive
  • Experience as Auditor
  • Knowledge of QM Standards and QM Tools
  • Knowledge about statistical methods
  • Desirable trainings and skills for the position (can also be acquired during work): ITAF 16949; VDA 6.3; VDA 6.5; FMEA; Problem Solving tools(PMP)
  • Good leadership and knowledge-sharing skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English language skills
