Senior SEO Specialist

As a
Senior SEO Specialist
, you will have a unique opportunity to build Mozzart's SEO strategy from scratch. This leadership role requires a mix of hands-on SEO expertise and strategic thinking. You will lead a comprehensive audit of our existing SEO setup, define a roadmap for improvement, and play a key role in building and leading a high-performing SEO team. Your work will directly impact Mozzart's organic visibility across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth across international markets
• Conduct in-depth audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and growth opportunities
• Build and lead an SEO team including specialists in technical SEO, content, and off-page SEO
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal site architecture, performance, and crawlability
• Partner with content teams to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content
• Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and partnerships
• Track performance and report on key SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and others
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices, and monitor competitor strategies
• Manage SEO strategies across multiple languages and regions
• Work closely with marketing, product, and acquisition teams to align SEO with broader business goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or online entertainment
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, schema, and performance
• Proven experience in building and managing SEO teams
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO practices in regulated industries (e.g., iGaming) is considered an advantage
• Certifications in Google Analytics or other SEO/analytics platforms are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
