Opis posla:

  • Praćenje zakonskih normi iz oblasti radnog prava i usklađivanje internih akata Poslodavca
  • Pružanje podrške linijskim menadžerima, biznis partnerima i HR direktoru u vezi sa pitanjima iz oblasti odnosa sa zaposlenima - upravljanje učinkom, obračun zarada, kao i u svim drugim procesima tokom radnog odnosa zaposlenih –  Hire to Retire
  • Odgovornost za komunikaciju sa sindikalnom organizacijom, učestvovanje u pregovorima za izmenu Kolektivnog ugovora
  • Odgovornost za vođenje postupaka pokrenutih za utvrđivanje odgovornosti zaposlenih za povredu radnih obaveza
  • Izrada i održavanje formi ugovora o radu, rešenja, odluka i zahteva iz oblasti personalne administracije i radnog prava
  • Odgovornost za upravljanje HR politikama i procesima, kao i podrška procesima globalne mobilnosti po potrebi
     

Potrebna znanja i veštine:

  • Obavezan uslov - VII stepen stručne spreme u oblasti pravnih nauka
  • Dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa, sa fokusom na Word i Power Point
  • Dobro znanje engleskog jezika
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
  • Najmanje 3 (tri) godine iskustva u oblasti radnog prava
